If the mission is to make people seek an explanation… it worked. But I didn’t think it was that funny. I kind of figured it was public theater or even… Improv Everywhere – but I ruled that out because it wasn’t choreographed or funny.
But I really wanted to know the reason. And I didn’t want to ask anyone (since I figured they wanted me to and I’d show them). I even looked it up on Twitter. All I found was a tweet from someone else in Boerum Hill using the keyword “invisible dog.” This is the only tweet returned:
